Measure the length of the tie-downs from the underside of the cover, down to the top of the buckle (as pictured). The Sure-Loc latching clips come complete with both male and female ends, and stainless steel screws for attaching.For safety reasons and to meet ASTM standards, all cover come with 4 tie-downs.
